Goddess Locs "The style I recieved was suppose to last two to three months. It only lasted for three days before having to contact Ms. Cabbell about hair unraveling and braids falling out. She redid half of my style that was visibly not done correctly. Then a few days after my braids were back falling out.I contacted her and her response was to charge me for another hairstyle. She stated my short hair was a factor, braiding hair was another factor. All that should and could have been addressed before doing the style taking my money and trying to blame me for the hairstyle not lasting. If she would have said your hair is to short for me I would have said okay what can you do. I contacted her before the appointment and got no reply until the day before the appointment and couldn't get in contact with her after that until after I purchased the hair. From the start this was just bad customer service. Nice woman by as a hairstylist it is your responsibility to say what you can and can't do and give the client the right to say they want to take the risk."
